Adored husband. Treasured father. Cherished brother. Dear friend and colleague.
Never have compassion, dry wit, complete disregard for political correctness, outstanding prosthodontic skill and the ability to unironically say “to cut a long story short” six times in the course of a long story been so perfectly embodied.
Andrew passed away in the early hours of Sunday, August 15th, after a year-and-half long battle with liver cancer.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made towards research into this under-studied disease.

Gastro-Intestinal (GI) cancer is the most common form of cancer claiming a devastating 51 lives each day. At the GI Cancer Institute, our vision is to create a world free from GI cancers. It is thanks to the support of the community that we are able to fund vital clinical trials research to improve quality of life and treatment options for GI cancer patients. GI cancers affect the digestive system and includes cancers of the stomach, oesophagus, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, stomach and bowel and anus. Thank you for your support.
